Purpose

For high-achieving female students who are currently enrolled at Massey University in a master's degree or the final year of a postgraduate honours.

Eligibility criteria

Applicants must be:

  • a New Zealand citizen or permanent resident
  • female
  • currently enrolled at Massey University in a master’s degree or the final year of a postgraduate honours

Selection criteria

The selection will be based on the applicant’s:

  • academic profile and achievements
  • financial situation
  • personal profile

Award History

Graduate Women Manawatu Charitable Trust (GWM-CT) is a social enterprise associated with the Manawatu Branch. The primary business of the Trust is the Academic Gown Hire, based at the Massey University, Palmerston North campus. The Scholarships are offered each year to Massey University students.
