Application submission

  • GWM does not accept late applications
  • The selection process is undertaken by GWM selection panel whose decision is final
  • GWM reserves the right to not offer an award if there is no deserving applicant
  • Applicant contact details are retained until the selection process is complete
  • Successful applicant contact details are retained for ongoing communications 
  • All applications are disposed of at the completion of the selection process. 
  • GWM is not able to provide feedback to applicants.
  • Funds are distributed once travel is confirmed
  • If you are successful in being awarded a scholarship, GWM requires you to:
  • Attend an awards ceremony in person or virtually, date to be advised
  • Provide a brief profile and good quality photograph for publicity 
  • Allow GWM to use your name and photograph for publicity purposes
  • Advise GWM of any change in circumstances which impacts on your eligibility for the award
