Bex recently led a campaign for paid training in female-dominated professions and wrote her Master’s thesis on the long-term financial consequences of choosing such careers. Although Parliament declined the petition, it sparked her mission to challenge the devaluation of women’s work. She is now building a movement to help women dismantle internalised devaluation, call in higher income, influence, and impact, and act as a collective force for good.
In this session, Bex will explore practical actions we can take to address de/undervaluation — the most wide-reaching and impactful area of this work.
