Appointment of Acting President of GWNZ
The National Executive of GWNZ has appointed the current GWNZ Vice-President, Lorelle George, as Acting President of GWNZ on 28 March 2026. She replaces Otila Osborne who resigned from the position on 25 March 2026.
National Executive thanks Otila for taking on the President role at the Annual General Meeting on 4 October 2025. Otila was part of the GWI delegation to CSW70 (Commission on the Status of Women) in New York in March, and details of this wonderful international event are highlighted below.
As Lorelle steps out of her Vice-President role, she will continue to convene the Independent Members’ Network.
