These remits are central to how we evolve and strengthen our governance and strategic direction. This year’s proposals include motions on:
- 7.1 Updating the uses of the IFWU Conference Commemoration Fund
- 7.2 Establishing an annual honorarium for the GWNZ Secretary role (including IT responsibilities)
- 7.3 Reintroducing an annual supplementary fee
- 7.4 Resolving tied votes through a coin toss mechanism
- 7.5 Introducing a rotational hosting model for the GWNZ AGM
Important constitutional deadline – Clause 9.7: All notices of motion (remits) must be received by the Secretary no later than 90 days before the AGM to be included on the formal agenda. This deadline has now passed for 2025.
