Anne aspires to achieving a full-time, permanent job in a university or government department such as NZCER or the Ministry of Education, where she can contribute to the development of education curriculum, pedagogy, policy, training or research. Anne hopes her research will have significant impact on curriculum development in New Zealand and be relevant to pedagogical practice and teacher education. In addition, she hopes her experience will contribute to more favourable education policy and industrial conditions for the female-dominated support staff workforce.
