Jan Rutledge had worked in the transitional housing and social services sector for fourteen years.
In May 2014 she was appointed to the role of General Manager of De Paul House, Housing and Family Support Services. Since then she has overseen considerable expansion in services and the provision of housing.
In her talk to the April Branch meeting, Jan questioned why De Paul House is still needed after 36 years, looked at the organisation’s growth, and discussed the impacts of COVID 19 on those living or supported by De Paul House.
