Role: Marketing and Membership Lead – Voluntary position
Purpose
To provide leadership and oversight for marketing and membership
Key work
Marketing
- Develop and implement a GWNZ marketing strategy including oversight for the GWNZ brand
- Manage the website and mailchimp
- Provide oversight for the social media platforms
- Provide back up for the newsletter
- Support branch marketing people to ensure shared platforms are used effectively and are up to date
Membership
- Develop a GWNZ membership strategy with the branches
- Lead national executive membership initiatives including membership records
- Support branch membership people to ensure shared platforms are used effectively and are up to date

General skills/experience required
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Good organisation and time management
- Up-to-date computer skills; able to work digitally/virtually
- A team player who is also able to work independently
Term: 2 years with renewal
