Nikki is a New Zealand Registered dietitian and will provide an overview of the thesis submitted for her PhD:
“New pathways to obesity prevention and metabolic health: The relationship between diet and the gut microbiome.”
During her research, Nikki spent six weeks at the Max Rubner-Institut (MRI) in Karlsruhe learning how to analyse habitual dietary intake from the PROMISE (PRedictors linking Obesity and gut MIcrobiomE) study
