Tēnā koe,
I have a 20-year career in public relations and communications - I run my own business and am a mother of two - yet, the start of the pandemic saw me lose 85% of my work to COVID. This was the catalyst for me to consider what a new, desired career or sea change might look like, and that path lead me to complete my Graduate Diploma in Psychology through the University of Waikato, Tauranga campus, during which I have developed a deep passion for, and talent in, both Organisational and Positive Psychology. As a result of this, I have applied for - and been offered a place in - the Master of Applied Positive Psychology through the University of Melbourne which I am able to complete online, from New Zealand.

Siobham Waterhouse
Siobham Waterhouse. My goal is to complete my studies and transition into - or craft - a role helping people thrive in New Zealand workplaces. Everyone has the right to flourish at work, and bring their best and true selves to the workplace, whatever kind of work that might be. I want to unite positive psychology and the science of wellbeing with my skills in communications and publicity to drive positive change for Kiwis in workplaces, and even into schools and the wider community.
